Hello! NoPlaceLikeSpace.com was established to connect with space enthusiasts while also doing what we do best, which is helping our clients approach their lives, businesses and marketing challenges. When we first set up our blog in 2009, we set it up to address issues in outer space because we also run Space Shirts, a space boutique located on Merritt Island, just minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center (so close that we actually feel the vibration of rocket and shuttle lift offs). You can also find Space Shirts huge online catalog of space shirts and space apparel, including hats, patches, pins, gifts and other space paraphernalia.
Our updated blog is about expanding thoughts (yours and ours) with topics and insights addressing the “space” in your life, inside your mind, on your shirts, and of course, outer space — the great beyond. Think of it this way: By virtue of being in space, and taking a gazillion (well closer to a million) images, the Hubble Space Telescope has expanded our understanding of stars and the evolution of the galaxy. (This is eloquently described in the book The Heavens Proclaim His Glory: A Spectacular View of Creation through the Lens of the Hubble Telescope.) Just as a telescope acts as eyes to an astronomer, we hope our blog will focus its lens on what we as people do to enhance our time and space on earth.
Our NoPlaceLikeSpace.com bloggers include marketing consultants as well as business and professional development trainers. While many consider space to be “the final frontier,” we can’t help but think that one’s mind space has infinite potential as well. We’ll be talking about it a lot. Join us in exploring the reaches of space as we see it.
